Welcome to Slanginator
Slanginator is a machine that explains what the internet just said.
Type a word — or paste the whole baffling sentence — and the instrument does the rest: it checks the corpus, asks which meaning you actually heard, and prints a permanent entry with the definition, the origin, real examples, and field readings on how deployable the word actually is. Every entry it writes stays written; the dictionary grows one confusion at a time.
Feed it gibberish and it will notice. We built a whole room for that, because even keyboard accidents deserve dignity. Some dignity. A measured amount.
This is a Nine8 Labs experiment — which means it will keep getting stranger and better in roughly equal proportion. If a word is missing, that’s not a bug: that’s you, holding the machine’s next entry. Go feed it.
